- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List (P/L)
- Bill of Lading or Road Waybill (CMR)
- Delivery Order
- DV1 Form
- Authorization
- EORI (Economic Operator Registration Identification)
- Certificates, depending on the item or country of origin, if required
Necessary Documents for Exported Goods
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Consignment Note
- Freight Documents (B/L, CMR etc.)
- Certificates, depending on the item or country of origin, if required
- Valid registration certificate in the special registry of exporters (issued and renewed yearly by your local Chamber of Commerce)
- Authorization
- EORI
After the paperwork procedure has been concluded merchandise is discharged and received by the proprietor or the proprietor’s lawful representative.
